U.S. Office of Personnel Management Issues Proposed Rule for Multi-State Plan Program

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management is proposing a rule to implement the Multi-State Plan Program, which aims to offer at least two multi-State plans on each of the Affordable Insurance Exchanges, with the goal of expanding health insurance coverage to all states by the fourth year.
