EPA Exempts Herbicide Ingredient from Tolerance Requirement

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an exemption to Dow AgroSciences, LLC, allowing the use of N-alkyl(C 8 - C 18 ) dimethylamidopropylamines in herbicide formulations without a tolerance limit, effective for levels not exceeding 20%.
