U.S. Office of Personnel Management Proposes Update to General Personnel Records System

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is updating its General Personnel Records System, OPM/GOVT-1, to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, which requires the agency to publish a notice in the Federal Register about its records.
