Bayer CropScience Requests Tolerances for Spirodiclofen Residues in Apples, Grapes, and Raisins

Bayer CropScience has requested increased tolerances for spirodiclofen residues in apples, wet pomace, and grape raisins, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), and has also eliminated the tolerance for grape juice, with new limits set at 2.4 and 6.0 parts per million (ppm) respectively.
