EPA Amends Exemption for Bacillus subtilis Strain QST 713 Variant Soil in Food Commodities

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has amended an existing exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Bacillus subtilis strain QST 713 to include residues of Bacillus subtilis strain QST 713 variant soil in or on all food commodities, following a petition from Agraquest, Inc. under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
