Bayer CropScience LP Seeks Pesticide Tolerances for Flubendiamide Residues

Bayer CropScience LP, a subsidiary of Nihon Nohyaku Co., Ltd., has submitted a request to the U.S. government for pesticide tolerances for residues of flubendiamide on multiple food commodities, as part of revisions to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
