U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Completes Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Gregory Canyon Landfill Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, has finalized a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Gregory Canyon Landfill Project in San Diego County, California, which requires authorization under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act to discharge fill material into U.S. waters.
