EPA Cancels Pesticide Registrations Following Voluntary Requests

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a cancellation order for certain pesticide registrations, following voluntary requests from registrants and accepted by the Agency, in accordance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The cancellations were announced in two Federal Register Notices, published on September 19, 2012, and October 7, 2010, after the Agency received no substantive comments on the requests within the 30-day comment period.
