EPA Approves Indiana's Revised Ozone Maintenance Plan for Delaware County

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Indiana's request to update its 1997 ozone maintenance State Implementation Plan (SIP) for Delaware County, replacing the existing motor vehicle emissions budgets with new budgets developed using the EPA's Motor Vehicle Emissions Simulator (MOVES) model.
