EPA Establishes Time-Limited Tolerance for Spirotetramat in Watercress

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted an emergency exemption under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) to use spirotetramat on watercress, resulting in a maximum permissible level for residues of the pesticide in or on watercress, which expires on December 31, 2015.
