EPA Proposes Approval of Air Quality Implementation Plan for West Virginia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a plan submitted by the State of West Virginia to meet air quality standards in the Steubenville-Weirton, OH-WV nonattainment area, which includes West Virginia's portion of the area, to comply with the Clean Air Act.
