Farm Credit Administration Issues Final Rule for Reporting Requirements

The Farm Credit Administration has established a regulatory framework for Farm Credit System banks and associations to report their accounts and exposures, with compliance required as of February 21, 2014, except for certain Reporting Entity requirements, which were delayed to allow for the development of a central data repository.
