Nine Mile Point 3 Nuclear Project, LLC and UniStar Nuclear Operating Services, LLC Combined License Application for Nine Mile Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant Exemption

Nine Mile Point 3 Nuclear Project, LLC and UniStar Nuclear Operating Services, LLC have submitted a combined license application to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for an exemption to operate the Nine Mile Point 3 Nuclear Power Plant. The exemption would allow the plant to continue operating beyond its original license expiration date.
