Revisions to Fitness for Duty Programs' Drug Testing Requirements

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is releasing the regulatory basis for its proposed rulemaking to update its drug testing requirements for NRC licensees' fitness for duty programs. The NRC aims to improve detection and deterrence of drug use and align its regulations with federal workplace drug testing guidelines.
