NRC to Review Petition for Rulemaking on Spent Nuclear Fuel Safety
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will consider a petition submitted by the Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. to amend regulations requiring improved safety for spent nuclear fuel at operating and new reactors.
