The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on a draft regulatory guide outlining the standard format and content for license applications to store spent nuclear fuel and high-level radioactive waste at independent spent fuel storage installations or monitored retrievable storage facilities.
