U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Comprehensive Decommissioning Program

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for renewal of an existing information collection related to the Comprehensive Decommissioning Program, which requires annual data collection from Agreement States that have signed Section 274(b) Agreements with the NRC.
