Tennessee Valley Authority Exemption from Annual Safety Report Update

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) an exemption from submitting annual updates to its Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) as part of its combined license application, pending a review of the application by the NRC.
