DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Update Federal Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to align references with the new Positive Law Codification of Title 41, United States Code, 'Public Contracts', and other related changes.
