US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Workers' Compensation Insurance for Contractors

The US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and NASA have issued a final rule clarifying contractor and subcontractor responsibilities for obtaining workers' compensation insurance or qualifying as self-insurers under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, as extended by the Defense Base Act.
