DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendments to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Contractor Performance Evaluation Systems

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to integrate the Architect-Engineer Contract Administration Support System (ACASS) and Construction Contractor Appraisal Support System (CCASS) modules into the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) database, which is used to evaluate contractor past performance.
