DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendment to Federal Acquisition Regulation to Improve Corporate Contractor Integrity

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to better assess the performance and integrity of corporate contractors before awarding federal contracts, building on a provision from the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
