Notice of Request for Statements on the Public Interest in Certain Compact Fluorescent Reflector Lamps, Products Containing Same and Components Thereof

The U.S. Commission is seeking public comments on a proposed limited exclusion order against companies Maxlite, Inc., Satco, Products, Inc., and Litetronics International, Inc., related to a patent infringement case. The public is invited to submit comments on the public interest implications of the proposed relief.
