U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Windshield Wiper Decision

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an initial determination granting Federal-Mogul Corporation and Federal-Mogul S.A. permission to amend their complaint against Trico Corporation, which includes changes to Trico's corporate name and identification of additional accused products.
