U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Infant Thermal Support Devices Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a settlement agreement, thus terminating an investigation into Certain Thermal Support Devices for Infants, Infant Incubators, Infant Warmers, and Components Thereof. The investigation, which was based on a joint motion to terminate, has now come to an end.
