U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Final Determination in Compact Fluorescent Lamp Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review in part a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation into Certain Compact Fluorescent Reflector Lamps, Products Containing the Same, and Components Thereof.
