U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Handheld Magnifiers and Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated an investigation into handheld magnifiers and products after a consent order was issued, following an unopposed motion by the respondents, and a determination by the presiding administrative law judge that the investigation should be closed in its entirety.
