U.S. International Trade Commission Rejects Investigation into Certain Marine Sonar Imaging Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a settlement agreement that ended an investigation into certain marine sonar imaging devices, following an initial determination made by an administrative law judge in 2014.
