U.S. International Trade Commission Grants Stay on Cease and Desist Orders for Certain Dental Appliances

The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued an order and opinion granting a stay on cease and desist orders for certain dental appliances, pending an appeal of an investigation under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
