U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Non-Volatile Memory Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting Complainants' motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation in a case involving certain devices containing non-volatile memory and products containing the same.
