U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of ViXS Settlement with Entropic

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling that allows ViXS Systems and ViXS USA to end an investigation into Entropic Communications due to a settlement agreement. The investigation has been terminated.
