USITC Reviews ALJ's Decision in Investigation Involving Optical Devices, LLC

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review an initial determination that terminated an investigation into Certain Optical Disc Drives, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same, due to a lack of standing by complainant Optical Devices, LLC, and will remand the case to the presiding administrative law judge for further proceedings.
