DOJ and ATF Submit Information Collection Request for Licensee Record-Keeping Requirements for Armor-Piercing Ammunition

The Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for new record-keeping requirements for armor-piercing ammunition licensees, as part of a revision to a previously approved collection.
