U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Oracle and Fujifilm's Amendment to Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination to add Oracle America, Inc. and Fujifilm Recording Media USA, Inc. as respondents to an investigation into certain magnetic data storage tapes and cartridges.
