USPTO Extends Extended Missing Parts Pilot Program Until December 31, 2015
The USPTO is extending the Extended Missing Parts Pilot Program, which allows applicants to delay paying certain fees for up to 12 months, until December 31, 2015, to assess its effectiveness in providing benefits to the patent community.
