USPTO Seeks Input on Privileged Communications Between Patent Practitioners and Clients

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is hosting a roundtable and soliciting written comments on issues related to protections from disclosure for communications between patent applicants and their advisors, including foreign patent practitioners and non-attorney patent agents.
