USPTO Introduces Expedited Patent Appeal Pilot for Small Entities

The USPTO is launching a temporary pilot program that allows small or micro entity patent applicants to expedite their appeals to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, streamlining the process and gaining greater control over priority.
