Federal Departments and Agencies Extend Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Human Subjects Protection

The federal departments and agencies subject to the Common Rule have extended the comment period for the proposed rule on human subjects protection, following a proposal by the Consumer Product Safety Commission to adopt the rule.
