Western Pacific Broadcast, LLC Requests Amendment to DTV Table of Allotments for Channel 5 in Dover, Delaware

Western Pacific Broadcast, LLC, the permittee of unbuilt station WMDE(TV), Channel 5 in Seaford, Delaware, has filed a petition with the Commission to reallot Channel 5 to Dover, Delaware, citing the need for a local television service in the city and ensuring that Seaford will remain well-served with the existing noncommercial station WDPB(TV).
