FCC Asks for Comments on Connect America Phase II Service Obligations and Unsubsidized Competitors

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public input on how to identify census blocks served by unsubsidized carriers, how price cap carriers will demonstrate compliance with Commission requirements, and what other providers must meet to be considered unsubsidized competitors.
