Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed eCollection eComments Requested; Title Records of Acquisition and Disposition: Dealers/Pawnbrokers of Type 01/02 Firearms, and Collectors of Type 03 Firearms

The Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection related to the acquisition and disposition of certain firearms, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
