Broadband Data Improvement Act; Eligible Entities Aggregate Form 477 Data

In this document, the Federal Communications Commission adopts rules interpreting and implementing sections of the Broadband Data Improvement Act (BDIA). These rules will facilitate the broadband mapping and other projects that eligible entities are undertaking under the BDIA to improve available data on broadband deployment and adoption.
