Navajo Nation Requests Comments on Proposed FM Channel Allocation in New Mexico

The Navajo Nation has submitted a petition to the FCC to allocate FM Channel 268C2 in Tohatchi, New Mexico, as a first local service under the Tribal Priority, following a staff engineering analysis that indicates the channel can be allotted without violating minimum distance separation requirements.
