DOJ's ATF Submits Request for Renewal of Firearm Application Form 5320.5

The Department of Justice's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives is seeking OMB approval to renew its Application To Transfer and Register NFA Firearm (Tax-Exempt), ATF Form 5320.5, also known as Form 5, for an additional three years.
