Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for ATF Form 5320.1, Title-Application To Make and Register NFA Firearm

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, is seeking OMB approval for a revised version of ATF Form 5320.1, used for applications to manufacture and register National Firearms Act (NFA) firearms, following a previously approved collection.
