FDA Releases Guidance on Exclusivity Determinations for Fixed-Combination Drug Products

The FDA has released a guidance document outlining the agency's interpretation of exclusivity provisions for certain fixed-combination drug products, which will now be eligible for 5-year exclusivity if they contain a new chemical entity, regardless of approval status.
