Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request; Exemption of State-Owned Properties Under Self-Insurance Plan

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is submitting information collection activities to the Office of Management and Budget for review and clearance, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. FEMA will describe the nature of the information collection, categories of respondents, and data collection instruments used.
