Safety Zone Established for Highway Widening Project in Petaluma River

The U.S. Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone in the Petaluma River near the Highway 101 Bridge to protect mariners from hazards caused by bridge construction during the highway widening project, which began on June 9, 2014, and is expected to last through June 21, 2014.
