Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone in Schuylkill River for Philadelphia Energy Solutions

The Coast Guard is creating a temporary safety zone in the Schuylkill River near Philadelphia Energy Solutions' Point Breeze docks for six months, from July 5, 2014, to January 5, 2015, to mitigate vessel traffic disruptions caused by reduced channel clearance when a barge is moored at the facility.
