Coast Guard to Enforce Safety Zone at Point Pleasant Sternwheel Festival

The U.S. Coast Guard will restrict access to the Ohio River between 265.2 and 266.2 miles downstream of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, from 9:45 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. on June 28th, 2014, to ensure the safety of festival participants and spectators.
